This will be a great help in organizing my thoughts whenever I write a paper or just need to brainstorm. I like that I can easily embed this into my blog. However, you only are allowed 3 mind maps in the free version.

I created a presentation using prezi. Prezi is a web2.0 tool very similar to Power Point. I would like to use prezi again in the future when doing a presentation. The main difference with Prezi is that you get to zoom in and out of the presentations with the different views.
